Q: How far is the hotel from the airports?

A:  Ataturk Airport to: Galatasaray – 40 minutes / Nisantasi – 40 minutes / Bosphorus – 45 minutes

Sabiha Gökçen to: Galatasaray – 75 minutes / Nisantasi – 65 minutes / Bosphorus – 60 minutes

Q: Will the hotel arrange transportation?

A: Yes, the front desk will gladly help you with airport transportation, limousines, taxis and car rentals. Fees apply.

Q: How can I obtain tickets (concert, theater) and make arrangements etc?

A: Our front desk is happy to help guests with ticket arrangements, as well as sightseeing tours, dining and other requirements.

Q: Do you provide wireless Internet access?

A: Yes, we offer complimentary wifi high-speed Internet access in all of our guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Q: Do you have a business center?

A: Yes, we have a business center with computers in The House Hotel Nişantaşı and in The House Hotel Bosphorus. Complimentary laptop access is available at The House Hotel Galatasaray in the Lounge Bar.

A: Yes, regular check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. To make other arrangements, please advise the reservation agent when securing your room. We will be happy to accommodate special requests based on availability.
