Following the success of The House Aparts, fully furnished apartment rentals started in 2007, Ev Emlak A.S. took a further step in the accommodation sector by launching The House Hotel brand. The House Hotel Galatasaray was the first hotel of the brand located in the famous bohemian neighborhood of Cukurcuma (Beyoglu) known for its interesting antique shops. The hotel is designed by the internationally acclaimed and multi-award winner Autoban who won several prices for restoring the characteristics of the five-story Zenovitch building and highlighting the original details. Following the success of the Galatasaray, The House hotels opened a second location in Nisantasi in July 2010 and then Bosphorus in June 2011.
Thanks to its design, service philosophy, organizational culture and complimentary room amenities, warm and comfortable ambiance of the lobby/lounge/bar areas, The House Hotel brand reflects a delightful lifestyle. All the hotels project the core feeling of the brand namely “HOUSE”, creating a homey feeling for each guest.
Aiming to reach 200 rooms by the end of 2012, The House Hotel brand is currently seeking for buildings in Istanbul to turn into hotels.
